the mediterranean tasting

A sociable way to share the kitchen and table with each other. Not as gastronomic as our 3-course and 4-course menus, but delicious dishes that are presented on serving platters that create a beautifully covered table. The tasting has a meal-replacing character.

Oven-baked puff pastry sticks with raw ham and cheese
Crostinis spread with tomato, spring onion and garlic salsa
Raw salmon tartare on toast with fresh herbs, sea salt, coarse pepper and lemon juice
Albondigas: spicy meatballs in tomato sauce
Oven-baked potato wedges in their skin with rosemary, chopped onion and garlic
Ratatouille of seasonal vegetables
Olive tapenade with bread
Dessert: tiramisu
