The dining area, the Schaftlokaal, is next to a large demonstration kitchen furnished with tables and seats, where the explanation of the programme takes place. A maximum of 120 persons can be seated for lunch and dinner. This area can be arranged flexibly, depending on the form of the programme, whereby a maximum of 180 persons can be seated in a theatre arrangement.
